New Limit for Credit Card Payments Effective June 1, 2015

June 1, 2015

On June 1, 2015 the dollar amount for payments made by credit card was reduced to $24,999.99 by the US Treasury.

If your balance exceeds $24,999.99, it is necessary to make alternate payment arrangements as it is not possible to make a credit card payment exceeding the limit on this site. In addition, if you have a credit card on file for automatic payments, the payment will not automatically be processed.

Customers owing an amount that exceeds $24,999.99 are prohibited from splitting the amount into payments on one or multiple credit cards. Alternate methods of payment are check or money order drawn on a US bank in US dollars, or by ACH.

If you have any questions, please contact the PACER Service Center at pacer@psc.uscourts.gov or (800) 676-6856. The PACER Service Center hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. CT.
