The PACER Service Center is currently experiencing technical difficulties with the phone system. We are working to restore the phone service as quickly as possible. The outage does not affect any of the online services available through this website site or any PACER site throughout the country. New Limit for Credit Card Payments Effective June 1, 2015

On June 1, 2015 the dollar amount for payments made by credit card was reduced to $24,999.99 by the US Treasury.

If your balance exceeds $24,999.99, it is necessary to make alternate payment arrangements as it is not possible to make a credit card payment exceeding the limit on this site. In addition, if you have a credit card on file for automatic payments, the payment will not automatically be processed.

Customers owing an amount that exceeds $24,999.99 are prohibited from splitting the amount into payments on one or multiple credit cards. Alternate methods of payment are check or money order drawn on a US bank in US dollars, or by ACH.
