Throughout the next few months PACER and CM/ECF users will be prompted to review their existing user type selection and update as needed when logging in to their account. Having up-to-date information is essential in understanding our users and their needs. You will be provided with three opportunities to skip this process before your account is disabled until you update your user type. To avoid any disruptions, we encourage you to complete this process when you first see the prompt. Starting February 12, 2023, users who want to log in to the PACER Case Locator (PCL) will be directed to the national PACER Login page. The PCL page will display a login link instead of the Username, Password, and Client Code fields.

Additionally, all links to the PCL from the PACER website (pacer.uscourts.gov) will be directed to the national PACER Login page.
