This release includes:

  • Creation of a new nature of suit code and cause of action value for cases related to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
  • Change to message on PACER billing receipt for reports.
  • Creation of new national Change Client Code interface for changing PACER client code function.
  • Solution for issue with a PACER/attorney user’s email virus scanning tools consuming their “one free look.”
  • Creation of new national Change PACER Exemption Status toggle interface for users that are sometimes exempt from paying PACER fees.
  • List of known issues.
