District PACER Release Notes 1.9 (District)

This release addresses technical and functional issues reported by various courts over the last several months and includes the following bug fixes that are specific to District CM/ECF public/attorney users:

  • District CM/ECF now allows the combination of Jurisdiction 4 (Diversity) and NOS 890 (Other Statutes - Other Statutory Actions) in the District Court.
  • The Docket Report now includes only user selected documents for inclusion in an Appendix.
  • The Docket Report feature “View Multiple Documents” now retains document selections made using the “View Selected” option.
